Q: What is the difference between the Pay-as-you-go and Subscription version of Void Analysis?
A: The Pay-as-you-go version allows you to run a report whenever you need it and only pay for each report. The Pay-as-you-go is a great way to try out Void Analysis before subscribing to SiteSeer. The Subscription version allows you to run unlimited Void Analysis reports for a subscription fee. The Subscription version provides a more robust experience, such as customizing your reports, adding your logo, running additional reports such as demographics and maps of your tenants, as well as the power of the SiteSeer platform for analysis, mapping, and forecasting.
Q: Where does the tenant data come from? Can I use a different data source?
A: Void Analysis uses data from a variety of sources, including HERE!, Aggdata, and website store locators. Customized experiences, data and reporting are available as a professional service to subscription users. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
Q: Can I change [fill in the blank]?
A: The Pay-as-you-go version of Void Analysis cannot be customized. Subscription engagements are typically configured to the needs of the user. If you have a specific need you wish to discuss, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I see the report before I purchase it?
A: Unfortunately there is currently no option to preview your report before purchasing. However, Void Analysis will tell you how many tenants will be returned and you have the ability to change your rules before you agree to purchase the report. Q: What is the retail gap analysis or “pro” version of Void Analysis? Where does the data come from?
A: Retail Gap is a measure of retail opportunity in dollars by store type or category in the trade area. It is calculated by taking the demand minus the supply of the product, or current sales. If demand is greater than supply, the trade area is considered under-saturation and there is opportunity. The source of the data is STI: Market Outlook by Synergos Technologies.
Q: How is the match score calculated? What is a good score?
A: The match score is a proprietary formula that uses many site and trade area metrics to determine how well the tenant matches the site. These metrics include demographics, lifestyles, market size and type, type of retail area and more. The match score is a 0-100 index. Although the range of match scores will differ from site to site, a tenant with a high score (75+) has historically located in areas similar to your site, and a tenant with a low score (< 50) does not locate in areas like your site very often, if at all.
Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I be billed for Void Analysis?
A: You can be billed if you choose a SiteSeer (Void Analysis) subscription. The Pay-as-you-go version requires a credit card.
